On entering The Old Printers you will be greeted by an impressive open plan living area which is enhanced by an eye catching log burner.

Up a couple of steps will take you to the games room complete with a multi sport games table, offering a choice of table tennis, pool and air hockey, all of which will keep the children entertained for hours.

On the first floor there are two double and one twin bedroom together with a stylishly designed bathroom.

At the rear of the property is a south facing enclosed courtyard with relaxing furniture to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink after a day on the beach or touring the County.

A couple of minutes’ walk from the house will take you to a choice of old pubs, individual shops, a small supermarket, award winning butchers famous for their traditional Cornish pasties and takeaways catering for all tastes.

Situated between the famous seaside resorts of Newquay and Padstow there will always be so much to do and see.

With a choice of superb beaches including Bedruthan Steps and the famous Watergate bay with its vast sands and variety of watersports on offer, guests will be spoilt for choice.

Location

An old and picturesque market town nestled among lush green countryside, just five miles from the North Cornish Coast. The resort attractions of Newquay includes bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and fabulous beaches are all just 7 miles away, while 9 miles in the other direction is the sleepy fishing port of Padstow.

In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region’s top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do, and there’s good public transport links available by bus, coach, train and plane.
