The standout space is the open-plan upper floor with its bespoke kitchen, sociable dining area and inviting living space – it’s an ideal spot to spend time together as a family.

Huge sliding doors lead onto a furnished balcony with stunning views to accompany your morning coffee or evening sundowner session.

The town tumbles down the hillside towards the horseshoe-shaped bay, where you’ll find a variety of wonderful brunch spots and restaurants – many of them serving the catch of the day – within a ten-minute walk.

You’re within a fifteen-minute drive from some of Torbay’s finest beaches.

However, our personal choice would be to escape the crowds and walk twenty minutes to the secluded shingle beach at Fishcombe Cove – it’s a local favourite for a reason.

Parking for one vehicle is provided in the Breakwater car park (about 500 yards from the property) – this is on a first-come, first-served basis

On-street parking is scarce, especially during the summer months

There is long stay car parking at Oxen Cove which is a fifteen-minute walk from the property
