This contemporary property is set amongst the historic customs house buildings in the stunning Cornish village of Charlestown within walking distance of Charlestown’s Georgian harbour & beach.

This contemporary property is conveniently situated within walking distance of Charlestown’s Georgian harbour, a fabulous spot which has served as the setting for TV’s Poldark series and where you can (occasionally) discover The Tall Ships.

You will be spoilt for choice by the selection of fine pubs and restaurants catering for all tastes. Carlyon bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages. Attractions include the Eden Project, The Ship Wreck centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, and Cardinham Woods.
