You have a fab sitting area with a telescope provided for checking out the ever changing views.
The two double bedrooms are found on the ground floor, with a nautical theme creating a lovely atmosphere in this riverside location. (One king size with en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin).
Stroll down the hill a short distance to the village shops and pubs, or take the ferry across to Dartmouth to explore the old town and maybe take a boat trip to interesting Totnes.
Located at the mouth of the River Dart, this is perfect boating country. Mainstay is a smashing holiday home for enjoying views or discovering this very popular area.
