This stunning lodge-style holiday home offers breathtaking panoramic cliff-top views and is just a short stroll from Lynton village on the Exmoor coast in Devon. With a wine cellar and pizza oven it’s a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday.
On entering this charming triple-level property you will find the spacious and attractive lounge on the first floor, complete with traditional wood burner, TV and a balcony offering delightful panoramic sea views.
Moving into the elegant kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor, you will find everything you may need including an electric Aga with double oven and hob, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located inside the utility room. There is also a separate WC on the lower ground floor.
The dining area is beautifully situated and leads onto a spacious balcony, allowing you take in the splendid views as you enjoy every meal. You will also find a very useful wine cellar.
Heading up to the first floor you will find two comfy bedrooms, there is a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with bath and WC, and another super king-size bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC.
Stepping outside, you can relax in the pleasant sloping split-level garden with shrub borders plus a path and steps which lead to the pizza oven.
Off-road parking is available for two cars. Please note the parking is accessed via a long and narrow sloping driveway which requires reversing – there is also a parking bay at the top of the drive if needed.
